Este curso examinará una variedad de textos (corridos, cuentos, y cine) para analizar la construcción discursiva de gente fronteriza como amenazas (bandidos, narcotraficantes y huelguistas) y de la zona misma como un sitio de caos, explotación y violencia (feminicidios, maquiladoras e invasiones migratorias) y considerar unas alternativas imaginadas allí. ¿Preguntas?
