Classical Studies Concentration
With Foreign Languages and Literatures, our Classical Studies program offers you an interdisciplinary journey through ancient Greek, Latin, and classical literature. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore classical archaeology, art history, history, philosophy, religion, and the classical tradition through courses offered by participating faculty from other units.
Program Options
You can choose to pursue an 18 sh minor or a major concentration in the BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures (30 sh). Start by taking GRK or LATN 1001-2004 (12 s.h.) to fulfill the foreign language requirement for the BA degree.
