Background
Lily began serving as the Education Technology Support Technician and Consultant for Foreign Languages and Literatures (FLL) department in 2022, following the completion of her B.S. at East Carolina University (ECU). During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a student Technology Technician with ECU’s Information and Computing Services (ITCS) department, gaining hands-on experience supporting technology in an academic environment. Having spent her childhood living abroad, Lily developed a deep appreciation for foreign languages, literatures, and cultures which led to her interest in supporting the FLL department.
